Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe zasady logiki domniemań oraz przykłady jej zastosowania do modelowania przepisów regulaminu studiów. Zdaniem autora przedstawione podstawy logiki domniemań, a w szczególności relacji nadrzędności mogą przyczynić się do wyeliminowania niejednoznaczności w interpretowaniu przepisów odnoszących się do życia organizacji gospodarczych.
Legal regulations govern government and business. A possibility of formal checking a consistency, completeness and circularity is an important problem. Defeasible logic is a proper tool for this aim. Foundations of defeasible logic are presented in paper. The maim point of interest is superiority relation among rules. Discussion about extending defeasible logic to modeling business organizations is finished a paper. (original abstract)
