Abstrakty

W procesie transformacji systemowej widoczny jest jej aspekt ekonomiczny społeczny i polityczny, a każdy z nich cechuje różny stopień elastyczności i zmienności w czasie. W artykule przeanalizowano tempo i proces zmian systemu ekonomicznego w trzech zasadniczych obszarach: ekonomicznym, społecznym i politycznym.

Economic, social and political aspects are evident in the process of systemic transformation; each aspect exhibits a different degree of elasticity and variability over time, which means that the transformation itself is varied, too. In this respect, it becomes essential not only to identify, understand and order the elements comprising the transformation process, but also to formulate an approach for shaping this process in a conscious and deliberate fashion. Influencing the process of economic system transformation applies both to the extent (area) of change as well as to the sequence and rate at which change is implemented. With such a definition, it is possible to speak of the rate of change in the economic system, i.e., of changes with respect to their consequences and intensification over time, or the sequencing and rate of economic system transformation.
