Abstrakty
The main goal of the study is the thorough interpretation of the success issues in the area of integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems implementation. At the beginning, the term of success concerning information systems field has been discussed with particular consideration of DeLone and McLean model. Next, the paper concentrates on topics connected with success related to ERP systems character. The deliberated issues cover: the DeLone and McLean model for ERP systems, users satisfaction as a success measure and consideration of undertaking phase together with participants point of view in success evaluation. The last part of the article submits examples of practical approaches to success definition and final conclusions. (original abstract)
