This paper analyses, on the basis of Polish experience, the impact exerted by the privatisation of state-owned enterprises on the development of small and medium-sized firms in Central and Eastern European countries. The authors suggest that the impact of privatisation on SMEs is larger than that suggested by the official statistics.

Analiza wpływu prywatyzacji i restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw państwowych na rozwój małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w krajach Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej na podstawie doświadczeń z Polski. Autorzy sugerują, że wpływ ten jest większy niż podają oficjalne statystyki.
