Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badań dotyczących dynamiki przedsiębiorstw w Polsce w latach 1990-1997. Model i uzyskane w badaniach wyniki wskazują, jak ważnym elementem zmian restrukturyzacyjnych jest tworzenie i rozwój nowych małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł rozpoczyna prezentacja niektórych uwarunkowań determinujących charakter badań nad małymi i średnimi przedsiębiorstwami w Polsce oraz założeń modelu ekologicznego. Następnie przedstawione są wyniki badań statystycznych i ich interpretacja.
