Alternatywą przeobrażeń TUW drogą zmian formy prawnej (demutualizacja) i utworzenia holdingu ubezpieczeniowego opartego na TUW jest przekształcenie polegające na utworzeniu koncernu ubezpieczeniowego. Towarzystwa ubezpieczeń wzajemnych mogą korzystać jeszcze z dwóch rozwiązań: udziałów kapitałowych i umów o współpracy. Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest tym zagadnieniom.(abstrakt oryginalny)
In the first part of the article the author presents modifications of mutual insurance societies, via the changes of legał forms (demutualization) or via the transformation of organizational structure (creating of a holding on the basis of mutual insurance societies). In the Western Europę countries the third method of mutual insurance companies' transformation is morę popular, namely the creation of syndicates based on mutual societies. The above mentioned three methods guarantee to remove the most ob ostacles which make difficulties for the fast development of insurance mutual societies. In this manner the conditions are created for inereasing the capital by mutual insurance societies prefering an aggressive strategy of growth. In the proces of adaptation to the requirements of the contemporary market the mutual insurance societies can also use two other possibilities, i.e. capital shares and contracts of cooperation.(original abstract)
