Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono istotę i charakter więzi kooperacyjnych w kształtowaniu wizerunku firmy oraz omówiono zagrożenia i trudności procesów kooperacji.
The future of development of small and medium enterprises in Poland is in the shift from autonomy and individuality to an organisational cooperation, with appearance of new, collective logotypes of those organisations, fixed as a collective identity of firms, easy for identification owing to a high quality of specific products, straightforwardness in contacts with customers, protection of their interests as well as a comprehensive professionalism, without which there is not a positive identity of whatever firm. This means appearance of new organisations of small and medium enterprises that will take care of formation of a new culture of that organisation constituting an important element of the social and economic culture of the whole Polish economy as well as of culture of the organisation that will discount and observe the requirements of culture of the organisation of European Union's enterprises that have in this respect their own tradition and definite experience transferred onto qualifications of managers and personnel.
