Abstrakty

Odwołując się do modnego obecnie pojęcia równowagi między pracą a życiem (Work-Life Balance), które odzwierciedla dokonującą się współcześnie intensyfikację i wydłużenie czasu pracy oraz mody czy konieczności pracoholizmu, artykuł ten próbuje dowieść, że w debacie na temat czasu wolnego, jaka miała miejsce w naukach społecznych w latach 60. i 70. poruszono już szereg kwestii uważanych teraz za nowe czy odkrywcze. Dotyczy to także pomysłów na wprowadzenie w cyklu życiowym jednostki większej równowagi między pracą, dochodami i czasem na korzystanie z życia.
