Abstrakty

Przedmiotem pracy są zagadnienia wariantowania struktur przedsiębiorstw wirtualnych bilansujących wymagania klienta z możliwościami producenta. Poszukiwana jest odpowiedz na pytanie, czy dane zlecenie produkcyjne typu projekt może zostać zrealizowane, w terminie i po kosztach określonych przez klienta, w rozważanej sieci przedsiębiorstw dysponujących ograniczonymi w czasie zdolnościami produkcyjnymi. Przedstawiony problem decyzyjny należy do klasy problemów NP-trudnych. Proponowana metoda wariantowania wykorzystuje koncepcję ścieżki krytycznej i opiera się na schemacie procedury podziału i ograniczeń. Załączony przykład, ukazując ograniczenia komercyjnie dostępnych pakietów programowania przedsięwzięć, ilustruje potrzebę komputerowej implementacji przedstawionej metody.

This paper addresses an issue of consistency checking between a production order requirements and a producer capability aimed at decision-making support for the project-driven virtual enterprises. In order to provide a quick response in a dynamic marketplace the enterprise-spanning workflow and timerestricted resources availability has to be matched with requirements imposed by a given production order. The problem considered regards of finding of a makespan-feasible schedule that follows the constraints imposed by project duration and cost constraints and by the time-constrainted resources availability. Searching for the feasible solution poses in fact a complex decision making problem that belongs to a class of project scheduling one. A feasible schedule is sought for a project specified by its activity network and project duration as well as project cost constraints while taking into account a given manufacturing system specification (i.e., including cost of resources and time-restricted resources availability). The conditions provided stand behind of a feasibility problem formulation as well as behind of a branch and bound-like searching procedure. From one side the conditions guarantee a resultant searching procedure has a polynomial computational complexity, from the other side, however they do not guarantee a feasible schedule does not exist in case if the searching result is negative. An application of the results obtained is illustrated on example of searching of a feasible project schedule. Concluding results are summarized within a work order prototyping scheme illustrated on example of a project scheduling.
