W opracowaniu wykorzystano teorię organizacyjnego uczenia się i zasobową szkołę zarządzania strategicznego. Analiza teoretyczna dała podstawy do rozważań odnoszących się do przedsiębiorczości strategicznej, a także jej wpływu na efektywność funkcjonowania i rozwoju organizacji. Całość jest pomocna w zrozumieniu, dlaczego pewne drogi strategicznego prowadzenia przedsiębiorczości są efektywne, a inne nie.
In the paper the author bases on organisational learning theory and resource-based strategic management school. A theoretical analysis opens discussion over strategic entrepreneurship and its influence on effectiveness of functioning and development of organisation. The author distinguishes four strategies of entrepreneurship: inventor, creator, master, and top boy ones. The whole framework helps understand why certain modes of strategic management are effective and the others are not.(original abstract)
