Abstrakty

Przedsiębiorczość jest elementem kapitału ludzkiego społeczeństwa, który poprzez zdolność do podejmowania ryzyka działalności gospodarczej i wprowadzania innowacji, przyczynia się do rozwoju ekonomicznego. Jednocześnie na przedsiębiorczość wpływa możliwość dokonania wyboru między pracą najemną z bezpiecznym wynagrodzeniem a podjęciem przedsięwzięcia z możliwością osiągnięcia zysku obarczonego ryzykiem niepowodzenia. Celem prezentowanych badań jest określenie w jakim stopniu sytuacja na rynku pracy wpływała na stopę przedsiębiorczości w Polsce w latach 1993 - 2003.
