Abstrakty
Zwrócono uwagę, że aktywa materialne przedsiębiorstwa (ziemia, praca, kapitał) zostają w coraz większym stopniu zastąpione w dziele tworzenia wartości przedsiębiorstwa przez: wiedzę, informacje, idee, innowacje, a więc czynniki niematerialne. Wynika to z rozwoju wiedzy i rozwoju technologii informacyjnej oraz intensyfikacji konkurencji na skutek globalizacji i deregulacji rynków. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie istoty sposobu tworzenia wartości przez czynniki niematerialne.
