Abstrakty

Artykuł przedstawia czynniki wpływające na powstanie aliansu przedsiębiorstw budowlanych oraz stosowane kryteria obiektywne i subiektywne wyboru partnerów. Analizowano okres 1992-2002 w podziale na trzy przedziały czasowe. Podsumowaniem pracy jest proponowany model wymiernego określenia szans i zagrożeń wynikających z zawartych porozumień.

The article deals with factors influencing the creation of alliances of construction enterprises as well as objective and subjective criteria applied while choosing business partners. The time span of 1992-2002 divided into three sub-periods has been analysed. In the paper conclusion, the author attempts to determine chances and threats resulting from the established alliances.(original abstract)
