Zmiana polityki społecznej w Unii Europejskiej

Abstrakty

Sprawy społeczne w UE nabierają coraz większego znaczenia. Na przestrzeni 45-letniej historii Unii wspólnotowa polityka społeczna tworzona była niejako w wyniku walki między celami gospodarczymi a społecznymi. W ostatnim okresie obserwujemy niewielkie zmiany w tej dziedzinie, co można było zauważyć na szczycie lizbońskim w 2000 r. Cele społeczne zostały umieszczone na równym poziomie z celami gospodarczymi Unii Europejskiej, choć może nie do końca na równorzędnej pozycji.
