Rola i znaczenie europejskich standardów zabezpieczenia społecznego dla polskiego ustawodawstwa na XXI wiek

Abstrakty

Standardy w zakresie zabezpieczenia społecznego w Europie wyznaczają trzy organizacje międzynarodowe: Unia Europejska, Rada Europy i Międzynarodowa Organizacja Pracy. Europejska Karta Społeczna nie zawiera prawnej definicji zabezpieczenia społecznego, ale deklaruje ochronę niektórych uprawnień, np. dotyczących opieki socjalnej i lekarskiej. Przykłady Niemiec i Polski, w stosunku do których odroczono wydanie decyzji w sprawie zgodności lokalnych regulacji z europejskimi dowodzą, iż wymagania stawiane państwom członkowskim są wysokie.
