Otwarta metoda koordynacji jako standardowy instrument uzgodnieniowy

Abstrakty

Od roku 2000 tzw. otwarta metoda koordynacji stała się najczęściej wykorzystywanym instrumentem europejskiej polityki społecznej. Jednakże metoda ta to coś więcej niż tylko instrument tej polityki. W wyniku jej stosowania wspólne cele o charakterze ogólnym, które zostały wyznaczone dla potrzeb tej metody, stają się materialnymi standardami przyszłego europejskiego modelu społecznego. W artykule autor zwrócił uwagę na proces jej wykorzystywania w dwóch wybranych dziedzinach: świadczeń emerytalnych i opieki zdrowotnej.
