Abstrakty
In establishment of collaborative working environments (CWE) the important phase is a partner selection. A mechanism and selection criteria must be established in advance to evaluate partner's capabilities and qualifications in collaboration. The authors offer an original idea of tool for selecting business partners that could support this stage in the sphere of competencies analysis. Proposed concept of this tool was designed based on the initial experts' survey in SMEs. Moreover, it contributes to the understanding of the key determinants of partner's acceptance for collaboration - the critical perceived success factors (CPSF).(original abstract)
Wnosi ona wkład w zrozumienie kluczowych determinantów akceptacji partnerów do współpracy - kluczowych czynników sukcesu (KCS).
