Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badania 300 przedsiębiorstw, które zostało przeprowadzone na zlecenie Instytutu Rynku Wewnętrznego i Konsumpcji. Badanie dotyczyło znajomości problematyki controllingu, zasad zastosowania, jego narzędzi wykorzystywanych w praktyce gospodarczej zarówno w bieżącej działalności, jak i w dłuższym okresie.
This article constitutes a presentation of the selected results of empirical surveys among 300 enterprises that were carried out in the autumn 2004. Those surveys related to awareness of the subject matters of controlling and its tools used in the economic practice, both in their current activities and in a long-term perspective. In this article, the author pays attention to the terms and conditions of strategic planning at enterprises, the decision-making grounds for those processes and the use at them of various factors related to identification of the trends in changes in their environment, and in the firm's internal resources. There are also presented the results of surveys concerning determination how strategic analyses of this type are carried out, whether or not at one's own, whether or not they are outsourced, and, finally, whether or not such analyses are not carried out at all.
