Ekonomiczne skutki postępowań antydumpingowych w badaniach empirycznych

Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest ocena racjonalności dochodzeń antydumpingowych. Porównanie wyników wielu badań, mimo ich różnych założeń i metod, pozwala na stwierdzenie, że inicjowanie postępowań antydumpingowych związane jest najczęściej z motywami pozaekonomicznymi, a ich zależą w dużej mierze od etapu procedury dochodzenia. Dla zachowania przejrzystości konsekwencje wynikające ze stosowania przepisów antydumpingowych zostały podzielone na efekty związane z prowadzeniem dochodzenia oraz efekty związane z nałożeniem sankcji ostatecznych. Rozważania opierają się jedynie na wnioskach płynących z analiz empirycznych.
