Abstrakty

Autorka prezentuje model badania niezależności pracy sądów krajowych oraz ich wpływu na sprawność wprowadzanych reform i kształtowanie się współczynników wzrostu gospodarczego. Objaśniona jest metoda pomiaru niezależności sądów, sposób estymacji oraz obszar geograficzny będący przedmiotem badania- postkomunistyczne kraje Europy i Azji Południowej i Środkowej.
