Abstrakty
The author develop a perspective on performane measurement focused on how corporate entrepreneurship measures may be constructed based on dialectical assumptions regarding the dynamics of this process. He construct a theoretical framework in which components of a measurement constitute a whole unified across four levels. The framework is then used to develop twelve areas of measurement. He array a three-by-four matrix of the twelve types of corporate entrepreneurship measures. Across the rwos we have, a choice between innovation, venturing, proactiveness, and competitive adcantage creation. The results shed new light on longstanding notions such as firms performance and corporate entrepreneurship measures.
