Opracowanie jest próbą refleksji nad systematyzacją teorii organizacji i zarządzania, ale tylko w zakresie rekonstrukcji istniejącego stanu rzeczy. Chodzi bardziej o postawienie problemu i uchwycenie istniejącego porządku niż jego wyjaśnienie.

In 1961 Harold Koontz introduced in organization and management science (OMS) rule "management theory jungle", because of theoretical disorder. This text is next trial reflection OM theory systematization. There is a need to complete systematization theory in OMS, including theory of systematization theory. It will increase organizational level and efficiency of the paradigm. The point to start with could be assuming basic definitions as "organization", "management", "theory" and clearly defined scientificness criteria as well. Specific inflation of OM concepts is unavoidable, although some of them can achieve status of theory - proved hypotheses. (original abstract)
