Abstrakty

W artykule podkreślono problem zarządzania strategicznego w przedsiębiorstwie. Głównym założeniem przedstawionej koncepcji jest stwierdzenie o odrębności kontroli strategicznej od kontroli bieżącej. W pracy omówiono następujące kwestie: 1) kontrola strategiczna w firmie (funkcje kontroli i nadzoru, organizacja systemu kontroli), 2) controlling menedżerski, 3) kompleksowa kwalifikacja działalności firmy: agregatowa ocena kondycji finansowej firmy (system wczesnego ostrzegania, metoda normalizacji ilorazowej), ocena zdolności rozwojowej firmy (metoda SPACE, technika wyznaczania trajektorii strategicznej, wskaźniki iloczynu skalarnego).

This article addresses the question of strategic management in the firm and asserts that in general terms, and in discrete functional units, operational and strategic control are distinct. The author assumes that this concerns both the organisation of strategic control systems and the methods used to implement and sustain them. It also acknowledges that analytical procedures constitute a universal theoretical formula of strategic control. The main issues discussed in the article are as follows: 1) strategic control in the firm (supervisory and control functions, the organisation of control systems), 2) managerial control, 3( the multi-faceted evaluation of the firm: - aggregate assessment of the firm's financial condition (early warning systems and the quotient standardisation method), - assessment of the firm's general growth capacity (the SPACE method, techniques for determining the strategic trajectory of scalar products).
