Abstrakty

Artykuł zawiera przedstawienie najważniejszych aspektów dotyczących standardów i regulacji związanych z funkcjonowaniem centralnych instytucji rynku kapitałowego w Polsce w świetle dynamicznie zachodzących przemian na rynku globalnym. Autor analizuje krajowe i międzynarodowe instytucje nadzorcze oraz współpracę Komisji Papierów Wartościowych i Giełd z instytucjami i organizacjami międzynarodowymi.

In this article there was presented the role of central institutions connected with capital markets in the light of integration processes. The processes of consolidation when markets and overseeing institutions are concerned, are not usually without problems. Those problems derive from the difficulties when the mentioned organizations are to accept the intervening changes. In a past few years there were a lot of concluding and cooperation arrangements. There fore it is inequitable to settle up the paneuropean market. The aim of that article was to present the trends and directions of workings of the institutions supervising the capital markets and the latest enterprising in the field of their development. This article also contains the attempt to show the threats and opportunities for developing directions of international cooperation KPWiG and also the operation of this institution in the light of processes adjusting polish regulations of capital market towards EU directives.
