Abstrakty
Opracowanie porusza problem możliwości realizacji inwestycji proekologicznych na obszarach wiejskich przy wsparciu różnych grup instytucji. Zaprezentowano podstawy prawne działań instytucji odpowiedzialnych za realizację i kontrolę realizacji inwestycji proekologicznych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na działalnia instytucji zainteresowanych realizacją inwestycji proekologicznych w gospodarstwach rolnych. Ponadto przedstawiono kryteria wyboru przedsięwzięć ekologicznych finansowanych ze środków wojewódzkich funduszy ochrony środowiska i gospodarki wodnej. Podkreślono potrzebę współpracy między instytucjami zajmującymi się w kraju planowaniem, realizacją, kontrolowaniem realizacji i wspieraniem inwestycji ochronnych. (oryg. streszcz.)
The study touches a problem of possibilities of realization the proecological investments in the rural areas, supporting by the different groups of institutions. They were presented the law basis of actions of institutions responsibleng realization and inspection of realization the proecological investments. Especially attention they were payed on the actions of institutions interesing in realization of proecological investments in the agricultural farms. Also they were presented the criterts of choice an ecological enterprises financing from means of voivodship founds of environment protection and water economy. They ware underlined the need of cooperation between institutions taking np: planning, realization, inspecting of realization and supporting of protectional investments. (original abstract)
