Abstrakty

W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania specjalistycznej firmy świadczącej profesjonalny i kompleksowy outsourcing zarządzania wierzytelnościami. Przytoczono argumenty za i przeciw outsourcingu zarządzania wierzytelnościami z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorcy i przy uwzględnieniu jego personalnych potrzeb i oczekiwań.

Difficulties connected with collection of receivables are a problem of nearly each enterprise. There are several reasons of such a situation: recession, poor condition of companies and the economy - typical for not-well developed countries, but also payment jams caused by objective factors in a company and subjective factors like, for example, purposeful failure to make payments (crediting by means of payables). Ań efficient use by a company of possibilities resulting from outsourcing of management of receivables is a necessary tool in a process of effective management allowing the company to survive and develop in the market, decreasing costs, increasing an access to highly specialized staff and tools like: data bases, internet, know how in the scope of manners and possibilities of vindication in relation to a given group of debtors. A role of outsourcing of vindication of receivables for the management of an enterprise, in particular in strategic management, is of important significance for the development and existence of a given company, and because of growing competitiveness in the market and increase in commonly used internet and cross-border services, establishment of virtual and fractal companies - for providing it with the future!
