Abstrakty

Artykuł poświęcony jest analizie metod wyznaczania strukturalnego deficytu budżetowego. W pierwszej kolejności przedstawiona została najczęściej stosowana metoda oparta na oszacowaniach luki produkcyjnej oraz oszacowaniach elastyczności dochodów i wydatków budżetowych względem PKB. Następnie scharakteryzowane zostały pozostałe metody wyodrębniania strukturalnego komponentu deficytu.

The article is devoted to analysis of methods of setting structural budget deficit. First presented the most frequently used method based on estimation of production gap and evaluation of flexibility of budget's revenue and expenses in relation to GDP. Next characterized the other methods of setting apart structural elements of budget.(MP)
