Abstrakty

W pracy zaprezentowano ogólna metodykę badań diagnostycznych wraz z przykładowymi kryteriami oceny. Podjęto próbę identyfikacji systemu sprzedaży w przedsiębiorstwie a także określono miejsce wspomagania informatycznego w tym systemie. W zakończeniu przedstawiono wyniki analiz dokonanych w trakcie badań empirycznych w firmie Digitland z Krakowa.

The purpose of this article is to characterise and diagnose a sales module of an information system from the perspective of meeting the needs of the user, the customer and suppliers. The author carried out the diagnosis using a variety of criteria, e.g., costs, effectiveness, time, quality and other criteria important to the enterprise. The article is a response to the lack of comprehensive Solutions and methodological proposals for analysing the effectiveness of the use of information systems in an enterprise. The article contains a general description of the methodology for diagnosing the information system together with a description of basic evaluation criteria, identification of the sales module of the information system, and an empirical example. The example contained in the article includes an analysis of how the sales system in the enterprise is organised before and after implementation of the integrated information system.
