Abstrakty

W pracy zaprezentowano istotę counsellingu pracowniczego, oraz opisano sytuacje w których można zastosować tę metodę. Następnie scharakteryzowano podstawowe związki między counsellingiem pracowniczym a coachingiem i mentoringiem. W ostatniej części artykułu opisano wdrożenie counsellingu w urzędzie pocztowym w Wielkiej Brytanii.

The article presents the essence of employee Counselling and describes a situation in which counselling is applied. Further, the article presents the development of the Counselling approach and presents the substance of social counselling. The author discusses the stages for implementing counselling and identifies the traits desired of a counsellor. He presents the substance of using FOSA techniques in the counselling process and describes the basic relationships between employee counselling, coaching and mentoring. In the last section, the author offers a description of the implementation of counselling at the Post Office in Great Britain. (original abstract)
