Abstrakty

Omówiono stan instytucjonalnego zabezpieczenia polskich struktur aktywności i kompatybilności ze wspólnotowymi na rzecz innowacji technologicznych, zakres zainteresowania i podejmowania w Polsce przedsięwzięć innowacyjnych oraz występujących tu możliwości barier. Podjęto próbę określenia pożądanych kierunków zmian w polskiej infrastrukturze instytucjonalnej w aspekcie wymagań akcesyjnych.

Polish motivation to integrate with the European Union structures may be interpreted differently if some areas, where this integration is characterised by the participation of Poland as a co-creator and not only a follower, can be identified. Such a platform may be provided by building of structures for innovative entrepreneurship. So far Polish solutions have been satisfactory in terms of technology. Moreover, they are compatible with the EU structures. However, their effectiveness, i.e. required acceleration in the acquisition of civilisational features of contemporary Europe is not good enough.
