Podjęto próbę oceny poziomu zmienności cen wybranych towarów rolniczych jako jednego z najważniejszych czynników warunkujących funkcjonowanie rynku towarowych instrumentów pochodnych. Do badań przyjęto krajowe rynki: pszenicy, żyta oraz ziemniaków. (oryg. streszcz.)

This paper has been aimed at analysing the market prices for cereal grain of wheat, rye and potatoes. It has been based on the GUS date concerning Polish and German prices. Dates from the period January 1990-December 2001 have been taken as a base for this study. The results of the paper show us that the Polish cereal grain, specifically the wheat, rye and potatoes markets, have a big market price volatility. Such being the case there is great potential to develop futures markets. (original abstract)
