Abstrakty

Artykuł przedstawia kształtowanie systemu informacyjnego przedsiębiorstwa handlowego. Autor podkreśla rolę informacji w tworzeniu wartości przedsiębiorstwa i potrzebę stworzenia systemu informacji w przedsiębiorstwach handlu detalicznego. Omawia budowę systemu informacyjnego i jego przydatność dla handlu detalicznego. System informacji handlowej ma zapewnić logistykę informacji. Jego celem jest uczynienie przezroczystymi podstawowych procesów transakcji handlowych i przygotowanie controllingu.

Many different tools are used to manage retail processes. However, the key process is the material stream, whereas IS tools are only one of the important management instruments. When a retail management information system is implemented, it is important not to forget that the whole company is a living organization and that the aim of investment should be clear to all people. In actual time, information systems have the highest potential to increase company development because they can provide exactly the kind of information needed - at the right time, at the right place, at the lowest cost. Especially in the retail industry, with its huge amounts of data, information systems can coordinate the information logistic to help control the entire business. (original abstract)
