Abstrakty

Program doskonalenia konserwacji wyposażenia produkcyjnego TPM jest kompleksowym programem służącym doskonaleniu procesów w organizacji. W artykule przeprowadzono charakterystykę programu, omówiono wybrane metody i techniki pomocnicze TPM. W zakończeniu przedstawiono procedury i korzyści wdrożenia TPM w dziedzinie motoryzacji.

This article presents the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) programme used to improve the level of use and to prolong the life of production equipment at enterprises and to increase the involvement of production employees in equipment maintenance. It discusses the chief areas covered under the TPM programme, its implementation stages and supporting techniques, including inter alia: defining Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), the problem registration spreadsheet, and methods for the electronic monitoring of machinę operating parameters. It also presents an example of TPM implementation at a company in the automotive sector. (original abstract)
