Przedstawiono typologię modeli nadzoru korporacyjnego uwypuklającą różnice, jakie występują między poszczególnymi modelami. Porównano modele jedno- i dwupoziomowe, modele otwarte i zamknięte oraz finansowy i społeczny model przedsiębiorstwa.

The paper presents the typology of models of corporate control, describe the difference between each of the models. It was compared one and two level models, the open, close models and financial, social models of enterprises. (AK)
