Artykuł dotyczy współpracy transgranicznej małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Autor zwraca uwagę, że współpraca transgraniczna potrzebuje szczególnego zarządza tymi przedsiębiorstwami. Przedstawia doświadczenia zarządzania współpracą w praktyce kształtowania transgranicznej współpracy pomiędzy niemieckimi i polskimi przedsiębiorstwami.

The article refers to the issue of cross-border cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises. The author points out a special need of enterprises’ management for cross-border cooperation.
