Omówiono na czym polega postępowanie w sprawie odpowiedzialności konstytucyjnej. Przedstawiono przykłady kar orzekanych w ramach odpowiedzialności konstytucyjnej.
The idea of constitutional responsibility is present in most European _L constitutional systems. Various forms of constitutional responsibility are described, compared and analysed in this article: exercised in the impeachment kind of procedures, or by the constitutional tribunal, some ad hoc formed committee, the court or the parliament itself. In most cases it concerns presidents of the countries. In quite many states the concept of constitutional responsibility of cabinet members, members of parliaments or judges does not exist. The author explains in details the role of parliament bodies in the process if impeachment in the EU's member states. (original abstract)
