The State and the Structure of the Households in the Podkarpacie Region Against a Background of Poland

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiona została analiza stanu i struktury gospodarstw domowych w województwie podkarpackim na tle struktury porównawczej w Polsce. W województwie podkarpackim sytuacja demograficzna gospodarstwa domowego odbiega od niekorzystnych aktualnie tendencji ogólnopolskich, bowiem w regionie przeważają gospodarstwa domowe wieloosobowe, wielopokoleniowe; jest ich zdecydowanie więcej na wsi. Większą elastyczność i imitacyjne procesy w stosunku do zmian ogólnopolskich zauważyć można w gospodarstwach domowych miejskich.
The changes of the state and of the structure in the last 30 years are connected with the demographic processes. In these years the population increased by 30% and the volume of households by 42%. The model of family is inconvenient because the number of persons of family is decreasing now. The volume and the structure of households differ in kind in the town and in the village. In the Podkarpacie the demographic situation is different than in Poland. In this region are dominated the more numerous families. The households very often consist of 2-3 families and more households are situated in village. (original abstract)
