Abstrakty

Zaprezentowano podstawowe problemy charakterystyczne dla wartościowania wiedzy odnoszącej się do zarządzania wraz z propozycją rozwiązań wybranych kwestii. Jako punkt odniesienia wybrano inteligentne systemy wspomagające zarządzanie, szczególnie systemy diagnozujące. Zanalizowano właściwości systemów informacyjnych wspomagających zarządzanie oraz omówiono procedury diagnostyczne występujące w tych systemach. Przedstawiono założenia dotyczące podstaw teoretycznych procesu wartościowania wiedzy. Dokonano charakterystyki procedur realizacyjnych związanych z pomiarem wartości wiedzy, a także wybranych uwarunkowań implementacyjnych wartościowania wiedzy w zarządzaniu.

The subject of this monograph refers to the theory and methodical aspects of knowledge validation. Knowledge bases implemented intelligent systems aimed at supporting management inherit most of typical knowledge domain features such as complexity, dynamics and the probabilistic nature. As a result such knowledge can be inadequate, incomplete, inconsistent and unreliable. Two main procedures useful for checking of quality of knowledge bases are knowledge verification and evaluation. Development of these procedures leads to the formulation of criteria necessary for the knowledge validation process, including: knowledge adequacy, completeness, consistency, reliability and economics. I addition, this approach requires setting of knowledge quality measures. All these issues must be taken into account during the formalization of a knowledge validation framework.
