W artykule dokonano analizy wpływu producentów rolnych, przetwórstwa i konsumentów na jakość żywności

The final quality of the food products is the result of the action many f actors, f or example: methods of the agricultural production, the general quality of environment, the methods of processing (including usage of the sinthetical preservatives and other agents) and even the ways of the transport, storage and so on. Plenty of them affect quality of the food negatively, mainly as a result the pressure of the economic factors (i.e. necessary of the permanent decreasing the Production costs) and incorrect agricultural and consumption policy. All participants of this process should go in the direction of the creating a new model of the national economy, which will be good for the health and environmental protection. (original abstract)
