W pracy omówiono badania korelacji między krzywymi opisywanymi prostymi modelami kinetycznymi.

In the science of commodities studies on the correlations between curves or various processes result from various needs. The problem of the possibility of replacing the research methods, including the equipment, attracts more and more attention. Empirical curves obtained by using numerous methods and various equipment can show different correlations. In the present paper studies on the correlations between curves described as simple kinetic models are presented. The problem of kinetic models equivalence is discussed and the characterization of curves of the aw, dw, as and ds types is given. Linear transformations of kinetic model s are characterized as well. This problem is very important for maintaining in calculations unchanged orders of processes. The possible correlations of curves have been paired a-b. The degrees or correlations in group A - full correlation, in group B - incomplete correlation, and in group C - lack of correlation are discussed. Practical application of the study of correlations between definite parameters has been related to changes in the peroxide number and savouriness in soybean, sunflower and rape oils heated at 120°C and 140°C.
