Abstrakty
Dokonano analizy zjawisk makroekonomicznych, koncentrując swoją uwagę na rozwiązaniach fiskalnych w warunkach demokracji wielopoziomowej. Jako podstawę swoich rozważań Autorka przyjęła twierdzenie o występowaniu współzależności pomiędzy zakresem kompetencji politycznych i ekonomicznych, uzyskiwanych przez władze regionalne.
Analysed macroeconomic phenomenon, concentrates on fiscal solutions in conditions of multilevel democracy. As a basis of the author's considerations adopted theory of interdependence between extent of political and economic authority.(MP)
