Od lat 90. XX wieku datuje się szybki wzrost znaczenia podmiotów rodzinnych w większości sektorów polskiej gospodarki. W artykule omówiono zagadnienie biznesów rodzinnych pod kątem: kultury organizacyjnej, stylów kierowania, sukcesji, strategii, własności i zarządzania oraz specyfiki struktur organizacyjnych.
