IUU fishing is new fisheries terminology. The term IUU fishing has been used regularly since 1997 year. In 19999 this term found in reports FAO, International Maritime Organization (IMO), the Commission of Sustainable Development (CSD), regional fisheries organization (RFO) and other form. It has many dimensions but .the most important are of a financial nature. But problem is seriously. All governments and organization must tight to IUU fishing. It is necessary for the conservation and management of word fish stock. (original abstract)
