The Econometric Interpretation of Propensity in Economics
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Wobec szybkiego przepływu informacji, ludzi i towarów skłonności ludzkie mogą prowadzić do decydujących rozstrzygnięć w procesie gospodarowania. W artykule zaproponowano rozszerzenie pojęcia skłonności w kierunku proponowanym przez Alberta Hirschmana i Karla Poppera, odrzucającym powszechność zasady przyczynowości w ekonomii. Za Biegeleisenem przyjęto równoprawność celowości. Zaproponowano dwie metody pomiaru skłonności: miarę skłonności K.Poppera i geometryczną interpretację skłonności.
The article looks at issues concerned with human propensity and its role in the management processes. It shows target relationships and their importance in conjunction with propensity in the management process. The role of propensity in the management process is analysed, among others, on the basis of an analysis of progress, as a result of which it was determined that when the impact of progress is small, progress itself is small, because the propensity towards progress is determined by the effects of progress. The article proposes two methods of measuring propensity: K. Popper's frequency measure of propensity and the graphic presentation of propensity. Propensity as well as its role in the structure of man's personality is defined in the article. Propensity is set within the pentagon of sources of causative forces, in accordance with which each particular event is the creation of place, time, another event, chance as well as man acting in accordance with his inclinations.
