Abstrakty

Przedstawiono systematykę podstawowych pojęć dotyczących projektu, proces zarządzania oraz metodykę planowania projektów. Zaprezentowano zasadnicze idee i założenia oraz procedury i podstawowe narzędzia koncepcji zorientowanego na cele planowania projektów (ZOPP). Omówiono metody oceny projektu. Następnie przedstawiono model strategicznego planu projektu w metodyce ZOPP, a także plan operacyjny projektu (jego przedmiot, zakres i strukturę).

The paper consists of basic terms on project, management process and methodology of project planning. The authors have presented main ideas and procedures as well as tools for the concept of oriented project planning. The methods of project assessment have been also discussed together with strategic project plan in methodology of objectives – oriented project planning as well as its plan of operation. (AŁ)
