Abstrakty

Artykuł jest próbą ukazania jak działalność związków zawodowych w największych krajach strefy euro oddziałuje zarówno na elastyczność rynku pracy, jak i na dynamizm sektora usług. Wykorzystując analizę statystyczną podstawowych zmiennych, autor dowodzi, iż obecne organizacje pracownicze bardziej niż kiedykolwiek reprezentują jedynie interesy swoich członków, a model społeczno-ekonomiczny przez nie broniony nie współgra z paradygmatem gospodarki opartej na wiedzy, co utrudnia przepływ zasobów z branż schyłkowych do przyszłościowych i obniża konkurencyjność całej Unii.

Article presented activity of trade unions in the biggest countries of euro zone and its influence on labour market flexibility and dynamic of service sector. Using statistical analysis the author claims that contemporary labour organizations represents only interests of their memberships.(MP)
