Abstrakty

W celu zapewnienia racjonalnego funkcjonowania statystyki i zapewnienia ładu informacyjnego w ramach krajowych systemów informacji bardzo ważne znaczenie ma wyróżnienie i dokładne zdefiniowanie pojęcia statystyki oficjalnej. W każdym kraju wprowadza się precyzyjne przepisy prawne gwarantujące wyraźne rozgraniczenie tego pojęcia oraz innych prac o charakterze ewidencyjno-statystycznym, niemających charakteru statystyki oficjalnej i nazywanych systemami administracyjnymi, informacyjnymi systemami zarządzania lub statystyką nieoficjalną.
