Abstrakty
W artykule podjęto próbę oceny wpływu procesów wyprawy na zmianę właściwości reologicznych i organoleptycznych skóry wygarbowanej. W przeprowadzonych próbach zmieniano tylko jeden etap wyprawy i oceniano związane z tą zmianą właściwości skóry w stanie "crust". Optymalna wersja każdego z badanych procesów przyjmowana była za bazową do kolejnych etapów wyprawy. Dokonano oceny wpływu procesów dogarbowania na właściwości reologiczne i organoleptyczne skóry. W tym celu dogarbowano różnymi metodami skóry "wet-blue" uzyskane w wyniku optymalizacji procesów wyprawy (oryg. streszcz.)
The study attempts to assess the influence of tanning on the change in rheological features and other characteristics of leather. In the performed tests only one tanning stage was being changed and due to this change the characteristics of the leather in crust were being assessed. The processes of retanning leading to the leather in crust were always carried out in an invariable way. Optimal version of each of the examined processes of tanning was taken as a base for subsequent tests. The study evaluates the influence of retanning on rheological and organoleptic features of the leather. With this end in view, wet-blue leathers have been retanned by the use of different methods. The wet-blue leathers were obtained by the optimisation of tanning, which was done in the first part of the research. (original abstract)
