Używanie nowych technologii informacyjnych, komputerów oraz Internetu przez pracowników powoduje wzrost popularności skrzynek e-mail i stron internetowych związanych z badaniami ankietowymi w obszarze ZZL. W artykule przedstawiono analizę zalet i wad ankiet internetowych oraz ich ocenę.

The increasing use of computers and the Internet (mainly among employees) has contributed to the growing popularity of e-mail and Web-based surveys in the field of HRM. An analysis of the advantages and limitation of Internet surveys—performed in this article—helps to evaluate the scientific validity of this method.
