Omówiono problematykę budowy przewagi konkurencyjnej w kontekście pozyskiwania i konfiguracji zasobów przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawiono podstawowe strategie konfiguracji zasobów przedsiębiorstwa oraz dylematy oceny efektywności alokacji tych zasobów.

Issues on creating the competitive edge on the global markets as well as obtaining and configuration of the enterprise's resources have been discussed. The basic options/strategies of the configuration of the enterprise's resources together with the dilemmas of the evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise's resources have been presented. (AŁ)
